Typical reporting, it says nothing that isn't already in the headline :(

Isn't there a famous formula for what a newspaper article should cover?

    Something like:
    What
    Where
    Who
    Why?

Well other than it was during building rather than rail work, which was also in a different report I read the other day.
Hence the implied "contest" between HSE and RAIB I guess.

There are engine shed roofing repairs which may be being done via a contractor or the building on Heyford station on the demonstration line .

Hope the person concerned is recovery well

As this is a museum, RAIB has no involvement as it is outside their scope. The BBC report makes clear that health and safety investigation/enforcement is either by HSE or the local authority.

According to the Autumn GWS Echo newsletter, they are still planning/seeking funding for the main roof repairs. There is mention of 'a preliminary project' to 'repair the roof over the lean-to offices along the side of the shed'. An accompanying photo shows scaffolding outside the lean-to section.
The same newsletter has an article and photos showing the plinth stones and steel framework in place for Heyford.
