That really is a pretty tank locomotive.
Well done to all concerned.

November update: http://www.82045.org.uk/news/82045_news-nov22.html
Nice to see it's progressing.
Saw a couple of photos online of the locomotive in the NEC. My apologies that I could not attend to see the locomotive and chat to the crew with her. Hope I can get to see and hear her whenever she steams. Only time I have seen her up close was on 29 October 2011 (Have not visited the SVR since then).
First photo is a wooden smokebox number plate replica made for me. All the rest are of the loco.
Robert. Thanks for being a long time supporter. When 82045 has its inaugural run I will ensure you will be there, at no cost to yourself.
Many thanks for these photos minty4371
You have indeed an impressive collection of photos on your Flickr page.
December update for the locomotive. http://www.82045.org.uk/news/82045_news-dec22.html

Says November 2022 on the actual news page for December (at the time of posting this). (http://www.82045.org.uk/82045_news.html) but link takes you to December update.
Direct link to December update here: http://www.82045.org.uk/news/82045_news-dec22.html
Thank you. Should have left it to you to post the link, instead of my rambling post. Thought I had included the direct link to the update, but must have missed it. Sorry.
Glad to see steady progress continuing.
No problem and no need to apologize Robert. As long as the news gets out to all those interested, supporters and members it makes little difference who posts the updates.
