46115 Scots Guardsman ill fated 'Cumbrian Mountain Express' 21st May 2022

I went on the ill-fated CME today from Crewe to Carlisle and return, run was fine to Carnforth then chaos ensued, rear coach would not respond to Vacuum brakes of 46115
So the class 86 had to attach to rear of train and we left 45 minutes late. The 86 and shoved us all the way to Carlisle, topping 78mph over Shap for a 25 minute late arrival
Return was supposed to be 14:22, but 95 minutes later it left due to AWS batteries failure, new ones were found somewhere!!
Sadly I had to leave the return service due to late running and problems with TPE cancellations from Manchester to Huddersfield,
Good job I did as a fatality in Morley caused chaos the TPE services all evening
With leaving the train I was able to get photos of both the 2 tour locos together at Carlisle
