looks like 45407 will be going to fort william after the Edinburgh Ayr run, 45231 unavailable and deisel going to the fort instead on uksteam, 45231 was outside carnforth shed yesterday, dead, was steamed last week after having tubes fitted, maybe just needs test run and official cert.
info by ian riley about 45407.

so sorry was just my imagination running away with me, its at bury and will be going up north to do the edinburgh to ayr run, the bit about fort william was my imagination getting into gear as usual.

45231 has gone to the fort thurs am, see steam traction.
