    Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport this morning officially opened two new platforms at London Marylebone station to mark the completion of Project Evergreen II.

    The £70m upgrade is the second phase of a £370m investment programme announced by train operator Chiltern Railways when it was awarded its 20-year franchise by the government in 2002.
