Some locomotives from Statfold.

Hello all,

I am currently working my way through the stock for the Statfold Barn Railway, modelling them for Microsoft Train Simulator (I may be some time!). They look remarkably at home on the Lynton and Barnstaple route. They are all downloadable from www.bubblesrailways.co.uk.

And now HC 972 finished in it's 1979 livery when it, and 0-6-0T 'Kanaka' were steamed for the Mill's anniversary.

Obviously she is currently awaiting fitting of her valve gear.

She's now had a polish and some cab detailing added and after some wrangling with Polymaster to get her in (16000+ polys), she ran on test to Killington Lane.

Look excellent to me, afraid I only use Trainz though, doing the whole FR/WHR current day version.

 

HC 972 will shortly be making a visit to the WHR, initially taking part in a photoshoot for the Railway Children. Unfortunately, I cannot be there, but have released her here in the simulator.







A couple of hours work this afternoon and Eigiau pulls Max's (Sragi 14's) tender from the Bubble's Railways works.
