    This sounds great, well done and what a good title for the event.

    I wasn't expecting visiting locos. I just hope that the performances back up the billing of 'Blazing Saddles'! It would be nice if some of the locos faced north for a change as this didn't happen at the Mixed Traffic gala.

    .....Passenger trains will be top n tailed, so locos facing north should be possible, even probable...:)

    Both sets of passenger trains will be top and tailed with the loco’s facing north and south.

    The last train of the day on Saturday will see something rather spectacular with four ‘Austeries’ facing south and leading into Matlock Platform 2 with one trailing (facing north) and for the Sunday one leading (facing south) into Matlock Platform 2 and four trailing (facing north). Timetables will be published as soon as they have been finalised.

    Sounds good - here's hoping the crews of the 4 trailing locos can be convinced not to power! ;-)

    Many thanks for the roster

    Couple of queries;

    Is it L = leading, T = tail?

    WD150 only out on last train each day?

    Cheers
