I was going to post a pic of her bang on time at Langley, but for some reason I've exceeded my quota for uploading!!!

Did 61994 make it to Barrow Hill. I have read a report that Bittern arrived alone ?

 

According to Alexa Stott on the Barrow Hill Steam Gala thread 61994 had arrived.

Here are a couple of pics.showing 4464 Bittern & 61994 The Great Marquess arriving at Barrow Hill on Tuesday evening 10/04/12, and Royal class 47 Prince William hauling 4468 Mallard & 4771 Green Arrow, approaching Slitting Mill Farmers crossing near Staveley not far from Barrow Hill, 11/04/12.

 

Maroon (sic) steam loco plus 2 coaches reported thru Preston heading north. Any info?

 

Just to confirm that Oliver Cromwell and support coach dep Carnforth 0930 today to Southall.

Any news on bittern leaving Barrow hill today?? I'm due to watch it come through toton centre.. Booked at 18:42..

 

Bittern passed Melton Mowbray on time, Engine and 2 Support Coaches. I think this may be the first A4 to pass through Melton, I cannot recall another occasion. Here is one of my 3 photo's, I have attempted to rescue from poor lighting conditions
