Foster Yeoman 5 Plank Open - WSR

    Hi Guys
    I've been sent a photo of a 5pl Open at the WSR. Looks very smart & recently restored. It carries number 46 & lettered as Foster Yeoman Ltd. I suspect this is one of the existing opens rather than a new arrival. If anyone can confirm its former I/d it'll be appreciated.

    It is indeed an existing Open wagon which has had all the timberwork renewed and has been repainted by the DEPG lads. I think it is an ex PBA GWR Diagram O29 which was formerly in GWR livery as GW no 118904, but I am not certain of this.

    I agree with 118904. It appears to be dimensionly identical to the photo I have of no 46 and that on your site of 118904. It also saves me adding a duplicate to my records, which wouldn't be the first time!
