    Just noticed this on the GCR website, didnt see a thread here but..

    THURSDAY 06 OCTOBER 2011 TO SUNDAY 09 OCTOBER 2011

    Autumn Gala in October with 6023 as visiting attraction for the Autumn gala and and for higher speed testing in preparation for it's mainline return.

    I think it's already been reported elsewhere that 6023 King Edward II has been withdrawn from the GCR Autumn Gala, and some other planned appearences, due to some essential maintenence.

    I read in 'Heritage Railway' that other guest locos are being / have been sourced, including a 'Spam Can' (can't remember which one) with the aim of giving the event an 'S & D' theme.

    Steam Railway reports No. 34007 Wadebridge and 7F No. 88 (to be repainted in BR Black).
