Is it just 6233 & 6201 now doing all the Scarborough Flyers?

No loop stop at Diggle this year, it appears. Good. It's a long day, though, if you start and finish your trip at Crewe! (Longer still for the support crews. Heroes all!)

I see there is a stop at Denton in the morning, but I can't work out from Google maps where the road access to the station is, among the nearby motorway spaghetti. Any local info please? And on what the photo possibilities are there? Or should I just go to Stalybridge? I don't suppose they do a full English in the station buffet do they?

Through Stalybridge, 10 mins or so late. Lots of clag, here they put the hammer down, with a slight slip just after the platform. I'll be there with a pint at 8.15 tonight. :)
