    http://www.frheritage.org.uk/wiki/Busta_(Locomotive) shows a neat 0-4-0
petrol loco called BUSTA visiting at Gelert's Farm in 2006.

Can anyone provide any further information? Does the loco still exist? Where is it based?

This loco should NOT to be confused with the platelayer's trolley of the same name (at the same location).

Right, I know this is bumping the tread up a bit but if your still interested.

The loco is owned and builded by a guy called Adam and he ran it on a private line in his ex girlfriends back garden before moving to the cambrian railways trust site. I also belive it started out as a 15 ich loco or smaller. The wheels are from a Slate wagon and the engine is from a Motorbike. The enigne is totaling home builded by himself and a few mates.

I firsted saw the engine on WHHR in early 2004 for trails, then it ran a special birthday train for me with a lister engine in april of the same year on bala lake railway.

It was also on show at Llanbeis Lake Railway's "Fun Day out" in 2005 (i think) with the same lister engine.

It was then invited to the WHHR's July gala in 2006, which is where I was photograph driving it on FR's Wiki page and as already said it visited the FR for their Quirks and curiosities weekend.

Every time i have seen this loco it has been modified in way.
I have losted contact with the owner but i know guy who knows if you want more info.

Also If you want i can try and dig out some photos ?

    Cheers

Actually the wheels are from some little tub and it has a Robin Reliant engine and gearbox with a homemade Forward-Reverse box.
