    Hi all,
    The Darlington Railway Preservation Society are looking to hire out for next season our 0-4-0 Peckett steam loco "Northern Gas Board No1" to any suitable railway. Have a look at http://drps.synthasite.com/ for a picture and contact details. Any profits we make from hiring this loco will go towards the restoration of 78018.

    Do you know what is going on with RSH No.39? And how is 78018 coming along? Sorry I can't hire your peckett though.

    No39 is stored in our shed/museum awaiting overhaul, this will be done once 78018 is finished. 78018 is coming on nicely, have a look at http://drps.synthasite.com/, we are open every monday evening from 18-00 if you want to come and see either loco.
