34070 Manston move back to Swanage 21st July

    formerly stored at
    Winfrith. This was moved to the Weardale railway in 2007, but with a change of
    management left the railway on 10th July 2009 and is currently stored at Alley's
    Studley yard, pending a move back to Dorset. Vehicles are DMBS 51356 / TC 59492,
    which departed Winfrith on 26/03/07, and DMBS 51356 which followed on 10/04/07.


    Manston move - this is actually a Trust error as AFAIK
    loco is at Eastleigh RC but it's near enough..
    Should be 37706, as 47245 is planned for a Southall to
    Carnforth move on Monday.

    Has Manston left Eastleigh already? I went past the works on a Desiro this after noon and manston and its support coach were not there

    Well you won't see it anywehere around Eastleigh now - small convoy passed Poole a short while ago.
