These times are not agreed and we are seeking an earlier departure from BNS and an earlier return. We consider we will be successful. We will advise passengers of the agreed times when fixed, and in the meantime reliance should not be placed on RTT published times as they are draft only

17:12 off Scarborough a lovely path though! Don’t often get steam that late on down there and will provide a very scenic run back as the evening light drops in.

Any idea what the traction will be?
Might 7029 be making a return to traffic.

Nice surprise on the V.T. white rose to to York and Scarborough as me and my friend boarded at Tamworth 7029 clun castle on the front of the V.T. White rose train and it were advertised as saying on rail advent 5043 Earl of mount Edgcumbe. So someone got their wires crossed anyhow here we are now with 4 castles again for 3 years. Here is a pic of 7029 Clun castle having a 40 minute water stop at Pontefract Baghill.

What made Clun Castle 40 minutes late into York on return from Scarborough please?
(Embarrassingly I missed the return by 2 minutes my knees gave out on me)
