How come? 4930 seems to have hardly been used either.

813 is having repairs as a few areas cropped up upon the Spring Gala, its first what you’d call proper shakedown really.

75069 is having some ashpan and damper repairs so it doesn’t set fire to the whole line when it goes out!

4930 will get its turn. She’s been held back for summer running, and I can assume you back half of July and August is your time for that. I think every running day from 23rd July through to Aug 31st it’s booked out!

Planning to visit for the Lego event in August, so look forward to some Hall haulage then!

    Thanks for the update Harry.

@2857Harry would you happen to be able to give me a rough idea of, if I was to visit the SVR on a Saturday this late July / August for timetable D, what locomotives are likely to be out? Steam is my primary interest. Not neccecarily looking at a specifc date but it would be nice to get a flavour of what kind of motive power we could expect. Thanks a lot in advance!

No I do not currently volunteer
So it sounds like steam options for the Bridgnorth turn on the Supporters' Day might be limited? Personally, I'm very happy with D9551 or 20048 taking that slot if needed but I recognise I might be in a minority here saying that. My current moves for that day (and thanks again for the roster info) focus heavily on 7714 with a little bit of Warship and 50 and a lot of time exploring workshops. Will save the Clayton for when it's on a heavier load at the summer gala.
