Tank engine on the M5 S today

    As I was driving to Bristol on the M5 today, I noticed a tank engine on a low loader near Worcester heading Southwards. It looked Victorian, I wondered if it was Bellepheron or something similar.

    If it was red - then it was Borrows Well Tank No. 3063 "Willy" heading to the Dean Forest Railway from the East Lancashire Railway

    That's the one I saw, it lacked a bunker and was red.
