    You'll no doubt get a round of applause for shooting down anyone who dares to criticise a pres line, but we're all told they're businesses and "the days of playing trains are over" etc etc. Feedback is feedback - whether the railway choose to act on it, engage with it or disregard it altogether is entirely up to them.

    To be fair, whilst I understand the frustration, a big part of the complaint would only be solved by fewer people turning up, which doesn't exactly sound ideal.
