    Absolutely appalling. Even in the train I worry about that sort of thing but the cab is obviously much more exposed. Publicity will anger most of us, but doubtless encourage other like-mindless creatures.

    Exactly so if caught needs heavy punishment with wide publicity to try and deter more incidents.

    You reckon that would get through? I suspect to those you wish to deter, the culprit(s) might be seen more as heroes than the scum that they are. Better by far that they get their just deserts in the courts and are then left in the obscurity they richly deserve

    Sounds good to me, has it been tried? Resolution would need to be good to be used in evidence.
