    It’s described here (pg 14) https://www.festrail.co.uk/appeal/pdf/hiag-2025-eng.pdf

Edit - this link works …..https://www.festrail.co.uk/appeal/pdf/hiag-2025-eng.pdf

If I click on the festrail appeal link it simply takes me to the under construction za6 site you've also given.

If you cut and paste it, it.can be made to work, but it's a general pdf about the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland with very little more to it.

TBH, I doubt we'll see much for a while, this seems to be a (very sophisticated) man in a shed operation, so there's not the need to keep stakeholders updated as there would for a wider group operation.

There was some discussion of this project a few weeks ago, and I'm sure there is more info out there, - see https://share.google/01nzdXGId9jWjbr6e. It does seem to be coming along at quite a pace.

There's a 6 page feature on it in this FfR & WHR Trust publication: HIAG 2025 - FINAL - HQ
The project seems well advanced by the volunteers leading it, with support from Boston Lodge.

Yet, for reasons I can’t fathom, your link takes me to the wrong place - hoping mine doesn’t suffer the same :)

Thank you! So it does, not sure what happened there ….
I had the publication pdf open at the ZA6 article and copied the web address.

I’ve just done it again and got the same result.

Correct, except i'd say we are totally not sophisticated! The engine is progressing on all fronts (boiler, Chassis, Cylinders) and an update will come at some point. Our website man is a little busy with real life, hence its rather useless state. PS If anyone has an Indian Central Railways Number Plate that we could use for reference, do please get in touch. You can see an example on the side of either of the ZA5 tanks.

If that's not sophisticated, I'd hate to see what is... building a particle accelerator?
