    I have added a collection of my own photos featuring the BR Class 40 This collection features 40010-40035 the orignal named locos
    Including 2 preserved locos 40012 & 40013 both now owned by LSL at Crewe
    Seen here during there BR career
    40012 Aureol at Stockport with nameplate removed but if you look close enough you can still see the bolts

    40013 Andania between Ravensthorpe & Mirfield c1981 this location is now vastly changed due to the Trans Pennine route upgrade
