    I have added 9 new photos to the collection of BR Std 4's, this collection features 76079-76099 Built 1957 Horwich, including this photo of 76097

    76097 brand new at Horwich works, 76097 was the 3rd from last loco ever to be built at Horwich works spending just 7 years in service 22nd September 1957.

    The first loco of this batch is now preserved but up for sale on the NYMR , while under the ownership of Ian Riley it gained the nickname 'Pocket Rocket'
