    Every year on the first weekend in September, the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij in the Netherlands attracts thousands of railway enthusiasts to Gelderland in the Netherlands with its big festival ‘Terug naar Toen’ (Back to the Past). The only annual big event in continental Europe that is like a Steam Gala. This year, the heritage railway also celebrated its 50th anniversary.
    In the early morning, in slightly foggy conditions, the day begins with numerous steam locomotives pulling passenger and freight trains.
    Just a short video from saturday morning until noon.
