42698 has a broken spring and won't be running. Diesel now taking the 4 coach local. 75069 may be ready to take over at some point much later today.

Hoping to get 75069 on the goods diagram later today. But yes 13268 failed with broken spring and taken to Kidderminster.

Due to the delays, did the railway have time to turn 46115? [BJ]

It was definitely turned at the booked 3pm time. Took the 3:30pm out a good 48 minutes or so late.

My efforts from yesterday’s running, a good day out even with the later runnings.

Really enjoyed the event yesterday, excellent variety and thoroughly enjoyed a couple of runs behind 46115 - sounded superb on the run up to the tunnel.
My parents really enjoyed the auto train and D1062 always a firm favourite too with plenty of thrash! Loads going on, even with the failure of the mogul, which nobbled the timetable from the start.
Must admit we found the Inspiration Train a little uninspiring (!), suspect if you had kids in tow it would go down a bit better.
Overall a great event that seemed well attended, perhaps a blue print for something similar in the future?

Here's my footage of The Severn Valley Railway Trains through the Ages event filmed yesterday. The highlights were of course Scots Guardsman, particularly the evening run to Kidderminster, 1450 and the two auto coaches and 4930 Hagley Hall with the GWR coaches, as well as two diesels D1062 Western Courier and 50033 Glorious. I hope you enjoy it.

Really enjoyed this event. As others have said it was a good timetable with plenty of movement. The Rail 200 train at Kidderminster was better more engaging than I was expecting to be honest and the 'explainers' were good without being pushy. Trains seemed comfortably busy on Sunday and I never failed to get a good window spot near the front - important for hearing that 3 cylinder Stanier chatter.

Carpark at Kiddy was pretty full when I arrived at 1030 and in trying to squeeze into the last spot at the top of the car park I managed to bump a protruding rail from the pile that separates the public from the staff carpark - I'll keep the resulting scuff as a fitting souvenir of Rail 200 :)

Very much enjoyed myself on this yesterday. A proper credit to 10A. The best of the Carnforth fleet in my opinion. Very grateful to WCR for providing the loco and the opportunity to fire it.

Agreed, 46115 was a very welcome visitor. A couple of mine from Saturday.

A great weekend with the Scot which I sampled from the lineside and onboard. Glad to see the Scot wasn't just tootling about and was actually working well. With another impending heatwave on the way the event maybe just came at the right time. I also enjoyed seeing 1450 on a typical branchline train length.

Adding one more to the video list from the weekend. Great to see 46115 again after so long off the mainline, and lovely to see many of the home fleet once again; Makes me look forward to the reopening of the line to Bridgnorth even more!
