    Now running under Rail Operations Group rather then Vintage trains as originally rostered, strange!!!

    One would assume that ROG have the necessary risk assessments for deviations from Rail Industry Standards for Steam Locomotives, as well as a competence management system which includes steam traction and vacuum brakes.

    VT deal with ROG for control. As a VSTP operation, I would assume the system has got confused.
