The date has changed to week before so that it doesn't clash with the SVR gala.

Personal guesses either 4953 "Pitchford Hall" or 7820 "Dinmore Manor". It was announced on the webpage sometime ago that former GWR locos will be the visitors

Clue for first visitor posted on C&PRR's Facebook page:

Its been a while since we announced our September Steam gala. We'll be announcing shortly, our first guest loco. But lets see if you can guess the loco with a bit of Monday lunchtime fun....its a 4-6-0, boiler pressure of 225psi, two cylinder and in BR lined black....

Sounds more the spec of a Swindon built standard 4. Could be 75014 or 75069.....

It does specifically say 3 GWR engines.
Although.... 45xx, 78xx and Swindon 4, perfect Cambrian gala, don't you think. ;)

I think I'll go to this, haven't been to Chinnor since they began running into Princes Risborough.

The Saturday of the gala coincides with the start of direct trial Bristol-Oxford direct trains on Saturdays - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-67917078. This makes access to Princes Risborough by rail much easier and cheaper for those of us who live in Bristol, or Bath, Chippenham & Swindon for that matter.

So much for 3 GWR engines visiting.
Then again, if the line is short with only four Mark 1's being the maximum load, 55189 could easily manage it.

Also, be a nice [and rare] change.

There was a time when 3 GWR locos was hoped but recent months meant this was no longer possible. Its still a decent guest and is a crowd puller in itself

Oh yes, absolutely, 55189 will draw the crowds, no arguments there.
It's nice that Chinnor did think outside the box for their special 30th anniversary steam gala.
Something you may never see again.
