Shame to see the Kilmersdon shuttles seem to have come to an end already with the MHR website showing it return to the normal green timetable from 31st July, does anyone know why?
Never got a chance to ride it unfortunatley.

There was a post on WNXXforum that it's an 08 this week as Kilmersdon is on washout, but normal service will resume next week. Don't know if that's changed though.

Just a quick note to say D8059 is booked out on the Alton circuit Saturday if you'd like to support the diesel running at the MHR. Running alongside 5239 on the Alresford diagram I believe

Today's video focuses on the Wagon group - though midweek, so @Duty Druid doesn't make an appearance...

That's a shame. I'd give my right arm to spend a day charging up and down on a Peckett, maybe I ought to switch railways!

It isn’t specifically crewing the peckett that has proven a problem

Crikey! If you’d give your right arm for a Peckett what would you give for something decent like a Manning Wardle? ;)

That looks to be an unusual way of carrying out a washout.......

The washout was the weather outside.
