    Fascinating .... and I'm still ploughing through the later pages. Many moons ago, I read a biographical account of an engineman's career on the branch that didn't survive Beeching ... Neyland, which diverged from the Milford line at Johnston, still open as a none-too-busy unstaffed halt.
