Does anyone know if CR3 files from a Canon EOS R Mirrorless camera will open in Photoshop Elements 19 on Windows 10?

You could download Adobe DNG converter and turn CR3 into .dng files. The .dng files will open in Elements and you can edit them in the same way as a RAW file.

Yes, thanks for that. It did cross my mind to do it that way. Converting to .dng doesn't lose anything does it?
