Beamish Great Northern Steam Gala 9/10 April

A little late, however, photo-report of the railway part of the annual transport gala back post Covid. Only two days because of reducing staffing levels, and not quite as much stuff on show, but plenty to look at, the action never stops. I hope I will be forgiven for one non-railway shot at the end, the big road event of the gala, four Fowler steam traction engines moving a heavy load around the extensive perimeter road. A sight and sound to behold and including the new build "Talisman".
