7029 looking glorious running at full tilt through Loughborough. Couldn't resist popping out for a photo as it was running through the place I live.

Footage of 7029 in full flight passing Calveley this afternoon. As much as I would have liked (and had actually planned) to get 6233 too, the M56 closure meant we could only go for one or the other...this was definitely the right choice.

And here's a simple record shot taken shortly after the one above (it'll only waste 59 seconds of your life!):

A few late pictures of 7029 from Saturday. (Card reader had to be replaced)

Over the last summit and descending to Chester at Bunbury, the return is between Betley Rd and Madeley about 40 minutes after the Duchess passed (instead of the scheduled 25 - 6233 was 10 early and 7029 4 late).

I just thought I would mention this on here (if ok with the mods) Also as well while onboard the Chester venturer a appeal for 5043 Earl of mount Edcumbe was been done onboard by the stewards leaving donation envelopes and letters explaining that £50,000 is needed or some already raised for a new 4 port superheater header and element and a spare also to be made the C.A.D. designs are in place already, And the vintage Tyseley engineering team are going to powder pattern cast the superheater header rather than use a wooden pattern due to the complex shape of the superheater header and thus it will be a faster method using sand powder pattern casting. And ultimately think that 5043 Earl of mount Edcumbe could be running again in the 2nd half of 2022 back end of summer maybe, thus giving Tyseley steam loco trust/ V.T. 2 of their own home fleet of running loco,s and maybe 45593 soon to follow fingers crossed.
(P.S. I'm not sure on V.T. or Tyseley steam loco trusts sites donations can be done on their sites but can do standing orders I dont know if this just applies to shareholder members of V.T. or if non members can donate to the 5043 superheater header appeal.
