There seems to be the gentlest of climbs to Islip but once through the cutting I expect the driver will shut off in preparation for the stop at Oxford Parkway, which is only a mile or so beyond. There are a couple of other new road bridges between Bicester and Islip. The best bet is probably the one leading to Oddington Grange, though the east wind will blow the rain onto the lens.

Thanks I'll have a look at that and keep my fingers crossed about the rain

Was the water not taken then? I was wondering why it left there 25 early. According to RTT it spent only a quarter of a minute there.

Water was taken there, loco just past the end of the platform. Did not leave 25 early.

Another bad weather day with flat light but it's not far from home and here's the best I could do at Saunderton Summit and Radley
