Any idea where this is taken? The photo isn't good enough quality to be able to read the headboard sadly. The Mind That Child sign is pretty distinctive though.

The guy puts up loads of photos each day. A lot are quite repetitive, some there are some absolute gems on there at times. LMS Black 5 at Slochd summit for example. Then there's this whopper! https://flic.kr/p/MZFM9p

    Headboard could be The Cornishman.
Looks like he’s scanning a lot of Colour Rail stuff.

Never mind the Grange, what a fantastic selection of Saxony steam shots further along the thread, and, as you say, a real 'whopper' of A3 4470 on short Teak set probably pre-war (in snow with a Tourist Stock buffet and 5 Teaks!)

Great thread of pictures - many thanks

As per my earlier post, this is a scan of a Colour Rail slide. I have it in my collection. The location is Marshmoor Sidings near Hatfield. Herts. Just for the record, she's still in A1 condition as ET rebuilt her before she could become an A3.

I should have realised that she was still an A1 - I realised it was before she was 'officially vandalised'! Many thanks for details of the location.
