3 days until this runs and Uk Steam is showing loco TBA. Is Clan Line unavailable for this one and if so does anyone know what is likely to stand in?

The question is - what has happened to 'Clan line' - the BBP stalwart?

Waiting for the new paint to dry, given how chilly it is this week!

Simple. This was a trip that Tornado was down to do.

Any idea why it seems to have lost 20min between Reigate & Redhill?

    Isn't that Addlestone Junction?

To be honest happy to be corrected - the foot crossing I am standing in is roughly half way between the two junctions so not sure if it counts as Addlestone or Byfleet

I've done that and it's called Addlestone Junction, Byfleet Junction is where it joins the SW main line at Byfleet and New Haw. The other end of the triangle is Weybridge Junction.

My video from Battersea Loop, Battersea Park Road, and Ebury Bridge. Also some still photos I took while I was there. It was good to see Tornado for the first time since February, so thanks to the A1SLT and BBP for making it happen.

The passengers on this 455 were probably a bit surprised! 60163 Ebury Bridge 2.12.2017.jpg

Looking at RTT the preceding train terminated at Redhill due to a track circuit failure, presumably at Gatwick Apt.
    1O76 1334 Reading - Gatwick Apt 1' L Reigate, terminated Redhill 13' L at 1450.
1V53 1503 Gatwick Airport - Reading started from Redhill at 1518 , 4' late awaiting a connection from Gatwick Airport.
1O76/1V53 was sat in platform 1 while other up stopping services used platform 2.
Surrey Hills (1Y82) was booked via platform 1.

Marmalade on the track or in the axle counters is a better story ....

    Cheers, Neil
