    More work with pway today. Packing dips and replacing sleepers. Nice in the sunshine but at least one of the gang found it hard work

    In my case, your warning is a few years too late. There's shedloads lurking in that archive, often delightfully unsearchable due to some highly innovative titles from 'back then'. Accurately cataloguing that lot by subject and time index would be a good 3 or 4 lifetimes' work for someone with more patience (and more remaing years) than me!

    It's a wondeful resource for restorationists, recreationists and model makers alike.

    Shareholders Special today - hauled by S 160 5197 - to Ipstones. The day was damp early and the railhead conditions were far from ideal with some slips at the top of the bank.
