@Johnb is right, the more you practice the more you'll learn and get better. I can see a huge improvement in my pictures over just the 2 or 3 years. Plenty of free information about photography tips and skills online and youtube these days as well.

You're very kind, but a bit of me thinks "Know your limitations."

After I got my less-than-sparkling A level results (which baffled my teachers, but it was in the days when university admissions were controlled by exam marking rather than an ability to pay) I thought then that my mind clearly wasn't suited to the sort of critical thinking required of the discipline I had chosen to study, so rather than go into clearing I decided to take my chances in the job market.
