There is still plenty of time to apply for an Invitation.

There's a lot new to see, including:-

    Re-modeled station

Launch (if that's the right word!?) of Davenport loco

    Refurbished rolling stock

New rake of carriages (ex L&B)

Burton and Ashby Light Railway tram recently repatriated from the US

    Application forms available at:-

    www.statfoldbarnrailway.co.uk

Is that post hinting that a certain Davenport locomotive might be completed already? :)

Are there plans afoot for any further 2ft restorations in 2015?

Looking forward very much to my 2015 visit.

I recieved my bright red invites a few weeks ago, looking forward to seeing the Davenport. If it's up and running that's amazing when you think of the condition it was in last March

Hoping the weather is more similar to last year's event than the arctic conditions we endured in 2013

The Davenport had its first run on Friday. All went well.

Just the usual finishing off now ready for its official debut on the 28th!

Sadly not - as is the way of these things I received it just after the latest issue (out on Friday) had been signed off for press! But we are doing something special with it in the following edition, the May issue.

@Henry - Did you have any luck in hunting down engineering drawings for the Davenport? I seem to remember some of your people looking for them at one stage? I quite fancy having a go at modelling her

Really wanted to try and make this March event- sadly now I will be stuck working on the Isle of Man for 9 or 10 days!

    Rather gutted!
