    Went today - 2nd May with the family and a friend.

    The Temple of Trams that replaces the old car park terminal is quite something.

    We were made very welcome and headed off on the top deck of one of the modern vehicles for Colyton.

    Colyton showed the importance of catering with the cafe doing good business on a rather unpromising Bank Holiday. All were impressed with their choice of food, even if youngest needed cleaning with a hosepipe after what he described as excellent chocolate cake while I enjoyed a flapjack the size of a paving slab and rather nice it was too.

    The trip back was on Number 2, that run was interesting as there were two trams running together on our service.

    All in all a good day
