It would be good if preserved lines had the webcams
facing the yards, so in the morning you could see loco's coming of shed? :smt001
    Or has this already happened?

Sorry it's not UK, but here is one of the best that I know of

    http://141.30.204.10:81/

It overlooks the North end of Dresden Hbf in Germany.

The North Norfolk Webcams now have the facility to view a time-lapse movie of a whole day, available for the previous seven days.

Previously you could only view the day before. This applies to all 4 of our webcams now.

The Fairbourne camera is offline at the moment, as it was causing problems with the Internet cutting out every time it tried to upload an image to the net. -Hopefully it may return one day

    None at this time.

There is talk of putting up C.C.T.V. on Pickering station and surrounding buildings, don't know if it will be web based.

The Fairbourne Railway's webcam is now back up and running. It shows a general view of Fairbourne station, the water column, the signal box and the platform road.

    See : http://www.fairbournerailway.com/steam- ... webcam.htm

Updates every 15 minutes at present. At the moment you are likely to catch glimpses of diesel Lilian Walter moving round Fairbourne station on pway duties however we re-open to passengers on Sun 10th Feb so you will be able to see steam during the schools half term week (likely to be either L&B tank "Yeo" or Darjeeling Himalayan "Sherpa")

*Note the link to the webcam is different to before*

Because of a tempory bandwith increase by Camstreams, the quality of the streaming camera should be improved over the gala period. All 3 cameras are now working \:D/ I made the decision to increase the quaility of the stream rather than go for maximum visitors. I hope everyone will see something they like and hopefully come and support the railway over the gala. If the stream goes down over the gala [-o< can someone mail me on rodders154@mobileemail.vodafone.net and I will (try to) put it right ASAP.
