Updated Mobile Applications.

I am going to be releasing an updates version of both the Android and Iphone Applications. I am also going to be releasing a Paid for version on both with no adverts.


Listed below are a list of fixes for the new versions.
I will post up here when the new versions are available for download.






Release Notes - National Preservation Mobile - iOS App - Version iOS 1.3

• Smilies are shown in the device instead of remving permissions from AdminCP
  
• Able to create Tags from device when removed permissions from admincp
  
• Buttons are fluctuating in the signup screen
  
• Title of the screen should be Notifications Instead of Home
  
• The 'Posted from iPhone App' notice does not show
  
• Missing entry in select box
  
• Connection error message is displayed while trying to post a report
  
• When you view a quote it is missing posters name
  
• 'Moderate' button not displayed everytime
  
• Can't post comments on Articles that are published via the mobile app
  
• Old Subscribed items do not give an option to unsubscribe
  
• False data returned in Home page for Blog Entries
  
• Unable to upload pictures
  
• Cannot post a new thread without a thread prefix even if prefixes are optional.
  
• The Load Icon is still visible on some occasion
  
• Editing articles doesn't have default publish options
  
• Announcements shouldn't be selectable on moderate thread listing screen
  
• Pop up confirmation for Approve/Unapprove moderation option always says "Approve"
  
• Nested quotes aren't displayed properly in mobile apps
  
• Popup error message is hardcoded for errormessage "api_version_too_high". Error should display the error message returned by MAPI
  
• Hitting "Last Unread" in a thread with only one page loads a blank screen (The UI shows, but no posts show).
  
• Mobile app crashes when browsing long posts.
  
• Smiley becomes instead of :redface:
  
• Username and Password text fields are different color than larger cell they are placed in

• No confirmation that a thread has been moved

• Remove all unused image assets from the project

• Raw HTML in announcements
  
• Custom HTML user titles show raw HTML
  
• Attachments once clicked display very low quality
  
• Sent private messages not saved
  
• Quote link to quoted post not working in forums when quoted on mobile application
  
• Prefixes required on boards which do not require them. No prefix option not displayed.
  
• No option to send Private Message from profile page
  
• Ignored users are not ignored
  
• Threads containing smilies cause application to crash
  
• Issues when there's pictures in a thread
  
• FlyerTalk - No indication of sticky thread, and can't unstick
  
• A thread with pictures doesn't load after replying to or editing a post.
  
• BBCode parsing and display breaks on vbcom_api test page

• Unique error message should be displayed when user does not have permissions to create forums or blogs

• Update Thai Translations to newest file

 

The Android version is available for download, and the Iphone version is currently awaiting review.

 

A new version of the Android application (1.3) is now ready for download, and Apple version is under review. I will let you know when the Apple version is ready for release.
