    hi there

    Im wondering if anyone has any up to date progress on the AC loco groups class 81 and 85 please?

    I have an interest in the 82,83 and 84 also but I think the 2 of the groups earlier AC loco's that are closest to being returned to mainline running would be these 2?

    I realise the group are busy with their 86,87 and restoration of 89001 and of course I could email the group and ask them but I thought id post here in case anyone from the group is here and also for a general discussion on the locos.

    I do keep an eye on the website but its been a while since any updates have been posted.
    I also searched the forum but couldnt find any previous threads.

    just interested as im looking forward to seeing them running again soon.
