As I said, no box after Carnforth ! This is from RTC so it must be true !;)
Ticket info also states Steam only after Carnforth, with 45690 in charge Brighouse - Preston.
Hopefully marketed by Compass WCRC or Statesman, as I am more likely to believe it will actually take place than with an independent tour operator.;)

Only reason I can think is, no time to water 2 loco's at Carnforth, hence sending 5407 up there earlier ?
Why involve a shunt at both Carnforth and Brighouse to get the Jub on the front ? doesn't make any sense !
I would suspect 5690 train engine, 5407 pilot, to allow it to leave the train at Brighouse for Castleton, possibly a diesel on the back, if so it...
RTC may well have been down this route with WCR, if a loco has been requested and agreed, including dates, this must be the basis on which RTC...
