    The climb from Penrith was excellent, a steady start from Carlisle and only after Plumpton did the action begin. We swept through Penrith and all the way to the summit 5305 was kept hard at it. At the troublesome greaser driver Kirk eased the regulator back avoiding the slip and soon after was able to get her well open again. Of course because of the very poor weather conditions I did not bother to take my video camera...:eek:hwell:
