    Without the dividers as in the "pairs" I would think F37's Firsts would be more comfortable - and even the Thirds in 37 are well sprung seats.

    Lovely views of 37 --- I don't think it's a secret that 38 is to be restored, but that process isn't as quite advanced as I would like !

    [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Formerly part of 'Collection X' fully restored Manx Northern brake compo No.16 (IMR F37) is now in regular traffic, its large brake compartment proving most useful for buggies etc. Its sister F38 a full third is well on its way...

    I may, or may not change my mind about my current level of support for the STR. I wasn't impressed with the goings on in January this year. I want to discover the outcome of that --- I think part of the reasons for the battery & diesel locos...
