I try to avoid criticising people and if I fail, I apologise. The vast majority of those working on the NYMR are very pleasant people who you would be quite happy to know socially. What I am critical of is the way the Railway is being managed...

I don't know about market research but I was a volunteer platform bod over a 30 year timescale (not continuous due to family commitments) . They were always more popular than Mk1 stock and, when there was a choice, passengers of all varieties...
