Been a while since I last updated but things nice n steadily progressing, the new trackwork into the top of the car park for the new unloading / loading area and the bay platform is in, still wants some ballasting and the bay platform building....

Curious choice of shunters wagon though. It suggests that the damage to the structure isn’t too bad if they are prepared to hang other locos off the tender.

Having seen a few of the pics and comments appearing online, I'm glad to hear there were no injuries. Pretty much *anything* can be fixed given enough time and money, but it must be pretty heartbreaking for the SVR and especially those involved...
