Today was a long day track laying - nine hours. I was pooped, and am currently recovering in my hotel room with a bottle of Malbec... We laid five track panels today, one more than the average of four required to to meet our target of joining up...

We are currently working on the reverse curve, roughly between Junction road and Salehurst. We laid 80m today, and aim to complete 400m by the end of the week, to join up with an earlier bit laid by the future passing loop, near Austens Rother...

Fantastic. But you have to be careful, because AI will change other things, without telling you. Eg move cylinders back, change the wheel arrangement, change white steam for blue sky. Look at the new image very carefully.

They are interesting, but is it there not an online way of making them even better? I have colour negatives that I improved with Photoshop. They are pretty good now. But a friend improved a picture using AI that came out brilliantly.
