Maybe tickets just weren't selling, or maybe there is a problem with the stock.

    Hmm...

Some (most) of the Saturday trains were sold out....(110 seats per train)... Where as the Sunday trains were mostly open...

Does that mean that some unlucky people are now going to be moved onto other trains ? - how's that going to work ?

Any idea how the Railmotor is getting to Southall? Will it go on by road or he dragged?

Changes to the Sleeper service around Greenford...

The rail motor I understand on the Brentford Branch is going to be retimed and operate 2 trains per hour on Saturday, I suspect a bit of flexibility and a tea urn may be required... but a good few more chances for a photograph.

still reckon it's going to be a pretty good weekend.

Do FGW have 2 working 57's ?, most seem to be bust with a NR/DRS hire in often.

As for the diesel shuttles -
The two class 20's have been allocated to the GBRf pool GBED.
Crew training has been started for their use on RHTT trains - probably from Tonbridge.

    Cheers, Neil

Have heard on the grapevine saturdays railmotors to Brentford are timed for .50 and .20 past the hour... passengers early bird get on the first. those arriving on time.. get the latter... thus minimal queuing.. (I hope my saying this doesn't now mean everyone arrives at .45  )

Might be a bit of a sprightly run down the line and back

Colleague this afternoon was saying on Monday she was near the exit of the centre. With the Looe runs when she was dragged down, was it under a possession / line blockage? Would the same apply to moving it from the centre to where it's loaded. I don't think I have access to the WON's anymore, so I can only guess if something might be in there about a mid week line block being applied for.

I'd love to see it go down by rail to Southall, I wonder how many years it would be since one went through Reading?

    Cutting it a bit fine...
I guess it's going to be in light steam ? /pulled by a 33/7/47/57, as a 25mph move might be worth going out for a late night.

Who evers on the coach (guard/crew) are going to have a small place in history.

Thank you Paul for the link. Will try and sort something out on seeing it. Also the reference for looking at any future movements from Didcot, I couldn't find the location ID for the rail centre on real time, just the five or so default locations under Didcot.

So if you have a ticket timed on the hour, presumably you are on the xx50? Or does it? Just get there in good time I guess.

i think this is the best one.
Not much communication, but presume they identified the lack of the auto coach far enough ahead to be able to manage on what bookings they had to date (I think it was Saturday morning/early noon that was full -2 coaches at the time).. so presumably the combination of extra trips and the remaining spare seats at the time will pan it out.

those riding sunday get the added benefit of 70013 on shed... albeit hidden behind a rake of rotting Mark2's that arrived in 2012.
