No problem, although the website is obviously contolled by the railway itself, so only those with access to the website can publish updates. If I had more time and access beyond doing a PhD, I'd do it myself.

We are pleased to finally announce that we shall be holding another UKHH supported gala event on Saturday 4th October this year, at the Gwili Railway.
The team behind the gala are currently working on some ideas to make sure this event is bigger and better and look to build upon the success of the one held in 2013.
The event promises to host a wide variety of operations with the aim of providing something for everyone. Express trains, freight workings, double heading and much more besides.
So, keep your eyes peeled for updates over the coming months through the UKHH’s social media sites and of course our e-zine. Most importantly, save the date in your diary!

Its something that sadly seems to be in the back of peoples minds, as in they're not shouting from the rooftops when they should be............................ certainly its something that should be encouraged and brought to the forefront of the "movements" thinking, its all well and good promoting things on a local basis, BUT if they could find the mechanism to promote their cause, so much the better for the greater good and the future of the heritage sector in the future......................................................................

And there was me wanting to congratulate the Gwilli on the impressive strides forward you guys have been making!:)

Tracklaying continues apace at Abergwili. The north turnout for the loop is currently under the spotlight, although some rotten sleepers require replacing before final insertion. Work parties are being assembled to help with the effort. Plenty of work still to do!

    Update-

Work on the extension is currently being hampered by the weather (which shows no sign of letting up) and with some ground works to do at the Abergwili Junction site (base ballast, track bed grading)which is weather dependant we have been focussed on assembling the turnouts for the station loop of late.

Both Haulwen and Welsh Guardsman are ok to start the season, and the 03 and DMU are also available for service. The work on Olwen's boiler continues with new side stays being manufactured. Depending on other commitments it is possible that this loco may return to service this year too.

    Regards

    Matt

Would it be possible for someone with first hand knowledge of the Gwili Railway to say with 100% certainty whether any of the GWR/BR design Fruit Ds 2887 (DW150351), 3403 (TDB975211) and 92004 have actually left the line. If so, is any accurate information available as to when they left and where they are now?

They have all left the railway. I will need to do a bit of digging to find out where they went.
