And to add to the OP's first question, is the diesel on the rear or inside? I will probably nip to Winwick for the return if it's on the rear.

    Thanks, Neil.

Thanks Austin, sounds like the diesel was doing a fair bit of work at all four locations.

Well you must have been watching a different video then.

Shot 3 I agree with but shots 1 & 2, no. Shot 4 it may have just been opening up.

Nice shots Austin, pity about the dogs in the first shot and the clicking of a still camera in the second. Hey Ho. Anyway nice to see you again.

I'll take dogs over chainsaws Ralph! The clicking cameras have to be expected with a location like that unfortunately, each to their own. Good to see you too and I look forward to seeing your shot from the evening

Had an email from RTC this morning saying 61306 in on the NWCE on 08.09.13, curiously it gives the routing/times as Liverpool - Crewe - Chester - North Wales. As there is not enough time to turn the steam at Crewe it's either diesel hauled to Crewe with steam on the back and reverse, or local unit to Chester to connect.
